Pure Balance is happy to partner with Mary Williams, owner of the holistic nutritional therapy practice Mary Will Nourish, to provide a FREE nutrition class in our clinic the 1st Wednesday of every month from 1-2 PM.

Mary is a trained registered nurse and Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. 

Mary’s class will present on

• The connections between our diet and mental health
• Essential dietary changes known to impact and improve mental health
• Optimizing nutrition on a budget
